Service Description
ZenEA is a self-hostable service for managing Enterprise Architecture assets. It allows seamless import of Application fact sheets from LeanIX and dynamic management in list and edit form. All data is purely stored in the file system to enable script-based im- and export as well as running scripted integrations or updates easily. Storage locations can be backed by GIT repositories and branches for version control, traceability and improved DevOps collaboration.
The usage of ZenEA is permitted under AGPL for personal and educational reasons. For commercial use outside of AGPL, licenses with enterprise-grade support can be purchased from info@brainboutique.de. These entitle the licensee to also modify the source code and use for internal purposes without the need to open-source these changes.

BrainBoutique Solutions GmbH process personal data strictly in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and German data protection laws. ZenEA does not provide any automatic data feed to BrainBoutique Solutions GmbH, so all data stays 100% owned by the user resp. operating entity. In case of support request, all requested data needs to be provided by the user who then agrees on digital processing of such.
Monitoring and Error Tracking
No data is being tracked. However, the application is prepared to easily integrate with Sentry.
Cookies
The application only uses cookies and local storage for persisting user's preferences and settings. In addition, if Google OAuth is enabled, corresponding Google cookies will be handled.
